The Peccole Ranch community is located just east of Summerlin in Las Vegas, NV. At 630 acres, its real estate consists of residential villages, condos, and custom homes. 284 acres are dedicated to commons areas while 46 acres lend to trails and greenbelts offering walking, jogging, and biking to outdoor enthusiasts. Other recreational activities like Tennis and Volleyball are readily accessible. Residents can choose from many different price ranges and home styles. It was designed to enhance the comfort and family life style.

The master-planned community consists of 12 distinct neighborhoods to suit unique tastes. A theme of horses is evident by the unique entrances of several of the communities. Much of the development was completed by the 1990's creating a stable, established feel. Peccole Ranch deems itself "a private upscale community located in the upper end of the Las Vegas Valley."

Parks, dining, and shopping centers are located nearby. Access to major roadways like the I-215, I-95, and the Summerlin Parkway is also within a few minutes drive.
